Dosa 3 .

Idli rice = 1 cup
raw rice - 1 cup
udad dal 1/2 cup
methi seeds a tspn
jeera seeds - a tspn

Soak for 4 hrs and grind smoothly for 45 mins at least . Leave it to ferment over night and roast as normal dosa .
